Can you publish out a roadmap for 2014, what we can expect from Freshdesk?
Is there a calendar of release dates?
My personal suggestion -- monthly update!
It would be cool if you would list out all the specific enhancement requests that are marked "pending" with actual release.

We are working on a roadmap for 2014, and we will be publishing it when it's ready.
