I would greatly appreciate it if you could add the same WYSIWYG editor to the Forums part of Freshdesk. I need to format some forum posts and can't do it using the current editor.

Yes please. That is one of the most frustrating things. Everywhere you write (Ticket, Email, Canned Response, Solution, Forum) all have different editors... why?!
The forums would look much better if at least agents could change the text more. We do announcements on there and they don't look great like this. Could we at least edit the HTML?
