We have the new UI enabled for agents and admin, but the customer portal still looks like it did previously. How do we get the new UI available for contacts? (support.mvgmedia.com)

@Hatem You can change the font type under Admin -> Email notifications section. Currently, it is not possible to change the font size of replies.


@Peter Enabled the MINT portal interface for your customer facing portal. Please go ahead and make some changes under Admin-> Portals section and publish to get the theme applied.

Hello,


I would like to ask a few questions. We are currently using Freshdesk and have 2 phone numbers in use. Current Freshdesk provides phone calls history and saves call records. If we would switch to the mint version, we would have to use Freshcaller? Will be all our phone calls history and records migrated to the Freshcaller? Should we first buy a Freshcaller blossom plan accounts to keep our phone calls recorded? Is it the same for business hours setting as well? Thank you for your time and help. Best regards :-)

Hello Jan,


On the Mint interface, the phone channel will be replaced by Freshcaller. Our team here, can help you with the migration from existing phone channel to Freshcaller on the plan that supports existing phone channel features, if not more.


Except for the existing call history, other settings such as business hours, IVR setup will be ported over. Please drop an email to hello@freshcaller.com to know more about the migration process.
