I'm able to see the updated portal layout - screenshot below.Not sure if there was a mix up of accounts but if you're not able to see it, please drop us a note on the ticket 2293669 with the correct helpdesk url.

@Daniel: I'll have a word with the product and see if I can get an updated list for feature parity. We're aiming to achieve parity on MINT for core-features by end of April ( tentative ).

In the Agent Portal yes, it did. However, in the Customer Portal it's still the former interface.

Hello Aravind,


Has there been any changes to the availability of Mint with the use of parent/child and other integrations/apps?

I had a support request back in October that was #1748295. Can you open a request to see if Mint is available for our support portal?


And just to be clear, we'll have the ability to go back and forth as we see fit? Is that a per-user option or an administrative level option?

@Noah: I could see that the MINT UI has been enabled for your account. Hope you're liking it :)


@Nick: We've recently launched several missing integrations like JIRA,Salesforce(v1),Freshsales,Parent-Child ticketing for MINT.I can get the MINT interface enabled for your account and each agent will have the option to switch back to the Classic interface at any point of time.

@Alessandro: In case if you've made some extensive portal customisation for the end users, it is advisable not to enable MINT on the customer portal as the compatibility of your code comes into picture.


We can enable the agent interface on MINT and you'd be free to switch back to the Classic interface anytime. For better clarity around the MINT experience, I would recommend to read this article.
