Folks,


With the Archived tickets pushed to production last week, there are only few items that are yet to see the light on MINT.These are the missing items on MINT:


  1. Skill Based ticket assignment
  2. Non-English languages ( Click here to know the list of supported languages )
  3. Several integrations ( Popular integrations such as JIRA,Salesforce,Google Calendar,Freshsales,Slack,Microsoft Teams,Parent-Child ticketing,Linked tickets,etc. are already available on MINT
  4. Phone Channel ( We've deprecated the phone channel in Freshdesk and you can connect/signup for a Freshcaller account )
  5. Custom apps / Freshplugs ( All the apps have to be re-written on the app V2 platform )

Hi Aravind, Is Finnish translation ready. Can we Mint to our Freshdesk?

@Sami: The translation is ready but has to be deployed to production. I'll write back here once I get a rough ETA from the Product Manager on this.

@Sami: We've deployed the Finnish translation and you can now use MINT on your preferred language :) In addition to Finnish,Mint is now available on the following languages:

  • Polish
  • Spanish
  • Finnish
  • Norwegian

Hi, 


Yes I am just waiting to here back from them as apparently I need to migrate my phones to Freshcaller. But my other question was as I am using ChannelReply for my eBay and Amazon accounts when will this be able to be used in the MINT version?

Hello Matt,


You should be able to continue using ChannelReply integration on the MINT interface. In case if an app is not available on the MINT interface, you'd see a tag calling it out explicitly "Not compatible with MINT" .
