@Hosko: Can you please help me with your Freshdesk url? I think the confusion is due to the fact that there are multiple accounts that exist for your domain.

Will the "Customer Portal" be upgraded to Mint as well?


I've noticed our custom branding has disappeared in the Mint interface - Is this going to return?

@Jon I can enable the MINT interface on customer portal but I would like to let you know that in case if you've done some customisations on the portal, you might have to re-do some of them after upgrading to the MINT interface. Let me know if I can go ahead and get it enabled for you.
