@Aravind S Can I see a preview of the Mint edition for the Customer Portal like I can for the Agent Portal? We do have a couple of customisation that will need to be transferred over so will need to plan it in.

Not really,Johannes. The theme is applied on your existing portal and you can access it here.

@Riordon: I ran into some issues while trying to enable MINT for your customer portal. I've pinged my dev about this and should hear back from him soon. Meanwhile, Can you please navigate to Admin -> Helpdesk section and try publishing the portal once to see if that helps?
