When managing my clients I would like to have as much relevant info about the client in the system. 

Uploading documents and files will allow us to manage the entire client folder online

You can now store files/documents in the notes section as a repository. It allows you to add files of size upto a maximum of 20 MB and you can read more about the feature here.
