Hi,
it would be really great to have a URL builder in freshdesk so on the right hand side you can have a li of URL’s that trigger into your CRM or process management software using variables from the ticket.
Zendesk has this it would be very useful! Please see the link below

How difficult would that be to build as an app in freshdesk? What would the cost be?
