It would be really beneficial if there was somewhere to store URLS in Freshservice so that when it is added to a form, solution or the like and the URL changed, it would only need to be updated in one place which would then update all of the above locations. So that when we were adding the link to a form or solution we would be using a placeholder instead of an actual URL that referenced somewhere else in the system.
That way it is easier to update information in the system instead of hoping you have updated everything when something changes.
