It would be great if you could upload a csv that could be used for an Automation.

For example if you want to create an automation which assigns a High Priority label to all tickets from a list of 200 stakeholders, you should be able to upload a csv of those 200 email addresses to build the automation, instead of typing in each email address individually.

An alternate solution for this would be allowing comma or semicolon separated values to be input into the automation creator, and for each separated value to be recognised as a separate entity rather than part of a string.

Absolutely agree! The ability to upload a CSV file or use comma/semicolon separated values for creating automations would be a huge time-saver and make the process much more efficient. This feature would greatly enhance the usability and flexibility of the automation system. Hope the platform considers implementing this in the future.

I have several custom objects I use in automations. The custom objects can be updated via csv upload, so it’s really easy for us to administer. If you haven’t already, check out custom objects. It’s been a game changer for us. Basic concept is the custom object is referenced in the workflow via the reader node instead of having a huge workflow with the values hard coded.
