Now that ChatGPT is being integrated. Our Online Help contains a lot of information that can be used to train the bot. Have an ability that points the bot to this URL or document source instead of relying on that information being entered again into the knowledgebase.
Verbiage variants are great for content that is exclusive to the knowledgebase but the bot should be able to learn and pull data from a source.
