Use Exclude logic in FreshService

I would like to be able to exclude certain requester/agent groups.

I would like to be able to create a test and admin requester group, and exclude them from most automators etc.

    You can already do this. You just need to add a condition at the start and I would choose “does not include” so you dont have to alter the rest of the workflow.
