You should be able to bulk update requester and agents profile attributes.
Instead of only having the option to export then import which half the time may not even work. You should be able to tick the people you what to update or conduct a search based on various criteria for the accounts you want to update and then tick them all and update or move a field.
+8Having recently gone through a number of changes where specific fields changed impacting a large subset of employees - but not fields that sync from Azure unfortunately.
Applying each of the changes was a huge time drain where bulk-updating as described would have saved hours.
For us with some things, it would save days. We have over 20,000 requesters alone. If we have to update each one individually or risk exporting and importing and potentially importing bad data. Bulk update would be EXTREMELY helpful.
