As an admin in our instance of Fresh Service and it the application all of the time, I have come up with a simple suggestion to navigate the admin screens quickly.
There are a handful of functions that I go to all the time and the developers at FreshWorks had the sensibility to create a unique URL for most of those functions. So, what I do is bookmark the ones I use the most and put them in a folder. The result is quick navigation to the screens you use the most:
