Our IT team has been asked if there is a way to display version history on Solutions Articles in FreshService for legal purposes. The requesting department needs to be able to view when the articles were changed, a copy of the different revisions of the articles, and a summary of the changes made including who made the change.
Is this something that can be implemented? I can’t imagine that I’m the only person asking for this feature.
