View a list of software associated with requester via Workflow/API

I’d really like to be able to pull a list of SaaS applications as well as any software installed for a particular user via API or workflow.  This would be especially helpful during offboarding so that I can add a task for each application that needs to be deprovisioned.  I realize that the offboarding module currently has something like this, but Journeys does not appear to have that functionality.
