view ticket without logging in.

Hi, Is there an option to create a ticket and view the status without login in? Someone who has no email address. I know it's rare but we have old people coming to our store. Thank you. Humberto

There is already an option for that.

Look for a placeholder called "Public Ticket URL" (in the email notification editor)


I checked and I don't see that option. Is it because I have a free version? I just want to make sure it can be done before I upgrade.

Can you choose the option Anyone with public ticket url under Admin -> Portals -> Settings that'll enable the corresponding options to pop up? For the detailed explanation refer this.
