In the old interface, we were able to easily see the total time entries submitted for a ticket at the top of the Time Logs section. This feature has been taken away in Mint and we now have to manually calculate the total time used for a ticket. Would like to request that this feature be put in to the Mint interface as well.

Did you get an answer to this? This not really an idea, I think it is a bug and should have been brought over into Mint.
+2No, never got an answer for this one. Definitely something that they should have moved over to Mint and a bit of an annoyance since we have to calculate everything manually.
