Is there a way to manage tag visibility in articles?
I'd like to show tags in the article's footer which, when clicked, would link to a page displaying all articles with that tag. As an example:
Is this a feature in Freshdesk and I'm just missing it? Or no?
This would also be a feature that would be very useful for us. Our customers are struggling to find related articles at the moment, so we create lists of related articles manually at the bottom of an article. Ideally this would be support by showing the assigned tags to enhance the user experience.
