When adding a note, there is an option to make it visible to the customer.
The prompt is "Visible to the customer" with a value of Yes/No. You have the color green on No. So visually, visible to customer with a green value means yes, but the value is no. It should be red on no. Visible to customer = off/red/no. Yes should be green. Visible to customer = yes/gree/on.
So your color of green should be red to indicate No.
