Hello!
This is a feature request for displaying a pop-up window or warning message when an agent attempts to close a window containing an unsent email.
Currently, if an agent has added a private or public note that has not been posted and tries to close the window, a message is displayed. However, this is not the case when the agent is composing an email. Specifically, if the agent accidentally clicks the close window button, there is no warning message.
