I love the functionality to Watch and Discuss on Tickets - find it useful where workload in FreshService is "of interest" to me, but, not directly responsible or accountable to me.
I would love to see similar functionality in Changes (and anywhere else in FreshService it's missing actually) - is this planned for the future?
