Web pop up Notifications - HTML5

“Smart Notifications” will help your team stay on top of their tickets without having to leave the Freshdesk web app.

Now,

You’ll receive instant updates about changes to your tickets in the Notification Center.
You can choose to receive only the notifications that are important to you.
You can enable desktop notifications so that you’re notified even when you’re working in another tab or application.

This way, your team doesn’t have to keep switching tabs to figure out what to work on next, and get to immediately act on customer replies without wasting time.

You can read up more about it here. We are currently doing a phased rollout and you should be able to get access to this feature in the coming weeks. This feature will be part of our Blossom plan and upwards.

Will there be an option for pushing these to full html5 browser notification so if you working in another tab you will be able to see the messages instantly. Without having to constantly check the Fresh desk tab ?
