Our internal reporting has our weeks starting on a Monday and ending on a Sunday.

Freshdesk Analytics Group By Week feature breaks down metrics and trends where the week starts on a Sunday.

I hope Product team can come up with a solution to meet our needs.

@MARCEL01 This feature is on our roadmap and will be available in an upcoming release. Using this, you could configure the start day of the week at the report level.

        As the original idea is closed for answers, I post my question here: 
        What exactly means “implemented: idea is live”? If that means that now you can chose the start of the week in the calendar, then it would be nice if you told us how. I searched for half an hour now but I can’t find anything that allows me to do that setting.

        If it means anything else, then it is confusing.

        ​@AlexHanKM Yes, ‘Idea is live’ means that you can now choose the start day of the week for your reports in Freshdesk. You can find this option in the report configuration. Open any report and without selecting any widget, click on the ‘Configure’ option on the right panel. At the bottom of the settings, you’ll find the ‘Start of the week’ option. Please see the screenshots below.

        Thanks. I did not realize that this implemented idea refers only to reports/Analytics.
