In our business, we need bigger forms and we are really limited with the actual forms in service catalog.
I am wondering when the option to have more dynamics sections will be available.
If for example we want something like that:
Parent questions in one form:
- is it a bug? (Yes/no)
- IF Yes
- Which software?
- SAP
- Login issue
- Permissions issue
- Autocad
- Outlook
- IF No
- Whats the exact issues with a comment box
With the actual setup and freshservice limitations, we need to build 1 form per software. All of them in the category “BUG”.
Another category for improvements, modifications, etc.
Its a really big limit and I think it need to be increased to allow freshservice customers to create really big and complex forms, workflows and make life easier in multiple ways.
Any ETA for this type of BIG improvement?
