Currently (Nov 2025) we have the ability to set up an Update Automation when a Collaborator posts a note on a ticket.
The problem is that there are no option in the “Action Performed By” for Collaborators to identify which specific Collaborator performed the action.
Performed By Agent - allows for the selection of specific Agents:
Performed By Collaborator - does not allow specific selection:
Please add the ability to specify which Colloborator has performed an Action
