It would be nice if there were Widgets for the following:
- For tickets an Agent is CC’d on. There does not seem to be a way on the Dashboard for me as an Agent to view a list of the tickets that I’ve been copied on. It is very inefficient to have to work from the email notifications.
- Group tickets - a widget for a list of open tickets assigned to any groups an agent belongs to regardless of who the ticket is specifically assigned to.
