Please add the feature for wildcards when creating contact groups.
For example, I want to create a group for all employees where Job Title contains "Manager."
Currently, I have to manually type in and select
Field Manager
Regional Manager
Office Manager
Accounting Manager
and on and on and on.
What makes it worse is when a job title changes, the contact group must be updated.
Please add wildcards!!!

Just wondering if this has been considered yet? I have a similar issue and when creating contact groups a wildcard feature would be a great option for selecting a persons organizational status, eg. Faculty,Staff,Active Student,Alumni
