I've seen there are just iOs and Android apps, but not yet for Windows Phone. Have you in mind to build an app for Windows Phone?

Is there a way to receive mobile alerts or notifications when a new ticket is entered? This would be helpful for those of us that are on the move. Please advise.

The "mobileapp" doesn't work on windows phone. So that's a very large problem for us.

Hi All,

I have just released a Windows Phone version of FreshDesk called Fresh8... it's v1 but very usable. We are continuing development of it and more features will be added very soon.
If you want it you can find it at http://www.windowsphone.com/s?appid=8bcff73c-547e-4608-801d-055979afa6e3

Or just search for Fresh8 in the Windows Store.

Would welcome any feedback and enhancement requests.

Regards,

Dean

Hello,

Is Freshdesk working on an app for Windows 10 Mobile/Phone? Have been using the app for Android but might have to migrate to Windows 10 on my mobile Phone.

TIA.

With kind regards,

https://dev.windows.com/en-us/bridges/ios/app-submission

Microsoft is making it easier to port apps from IOS or Android into Windows Mobile with as little work as possible, freshdesk does not have to work from scratch.

This ought to at least be in the pipeline.

Is Freshdesk working on an app for Windows 8 Phone or 10 Mobile/Phone?
There appears to be a lack of support for anything Microsoft by Freshdesk !

Where Windows Phone 8.1 had little to no audience for freshdesk, a UWP app would extend across phones as well as Windows 10 PC's and Tablets which are growing steadily in popularity. Push notifications would be reason enough for me to happily switch.
