You should be able to select any field to draw an action on. For example, at the moment I am trying to update the Asset Tag of any asset to be the same as the Display name if the Display Name starts with PC and vice versa (as our discovery probe and integration with intune keeps writing overtop of the display name with what it has) and we are trying to keep all the records correct.
However, neither Display Name (Name) or Asset Tag are available in actions to select and therefore I cannot do this easily. This has been the problem in a lot of scenarios.
