It would be helpful if while you are creating a new Service Request that you could also setup the workflow automation from the same page.

+5yeah, if you could directly link the SR to the workflow that would be helpful, so you can track what SRs have workflows attached. We have 300 SRS and about 40 workflows and keeping track of what workflow affected what SR is a mindfield.
