It would be amazing if all emails added to a workflow were stored in a specific space so that if you needed to update the template information you didn’t have to then look through the entire workflow in order to find each one and hope you got them all.
Even have the ability to create Email Templates that can be added to a email action and the ability to add a header and/or footer / signature block. That way all emails are consistent and then if anything changes - there is only one central location to update all emails.
