I recently passed the Freshdesk Product Expert Master certification exam, but the certificate I received is linked to the wrong email address.
My correct email is ismailozerguven9@gmail.com, and I’ve already contacted University@freshworks.com, but haven’t received any response yet.
Could someone please help me fix this issue or forward it to the right team?
