While there is a Zoom integration with Freshservice, it would be nice to have a Freshservice Bot similar to how the Teams integration is being built.
I envision setting up workflows or rules to trigger when X happens (ticket with a certain urgency, requester is the CEO, etc.) then send an IM in Zoom to the appropriate agent/group with a notice and a link to the ticket.
