Hi, When will it be possible for Freshdesk to automatically translate the articles from the knowledge base into different languages? There is already a tool that I find “Lingpad” which translates this into Freshdesk for a lot of money.

Freshdesk currently does not have a built-in feature to automatically translate knowledge base articles into different languages. You may continue to use third-party integrations like Lingpad or other translation services for this purpose. To achieve article translations while minimizing costs, you can explore alternative APIs or translation tools that integrate with Freshdesk efficiently. However, these solutions will require configuration outside Freshdesk and may involve added expenses.
I will also raise this as a feature request for automated article translation within Freshdesk.
