We currently house our knowledge articles in Google Docs. Is there an integration with FreshDesk knowledge base. We want to keep our articles in Google Docs, but would like to implement FreshDesk’s knowledge base.

I understand that you want to migrate articles from Google docs into Freshdesk.
Currently, there’s no direct integration to keep articles in Google Docs while implementing Freshdesk's Knowledge Base. However, Freshdesk supports importing articles from external sources. You can export your Google Docs content into a format like CSV and share it at support@freshdesk.com to migrate the articles into your Freshdesk Knowledge Base. However there are cost factors involved in it.

+4You can publish a Google Doc and use iframe in the code of the freshservice article.
+4You code should look like this and then add the bold part to the end of it. The only problem is the article won’t load on the mobile app because the app can’t log into your google account to authenticate.
