Links are not working

Hi, When I am creating an article, I add a link to another article from solutions. When I am trying to open the created link it is not allowing me and it opens the homepage although the link is reflecting. FYR we have closed common access to solutions. i.e. articles are available for our agents only. I use a lot of links and this would be really helpful if you could give me a solution to this.

Hi.

Maybe a bug or issue in your instance?

I work with FreshService and, as of now, I haven’t noticed this being the Agents the only ones that access the Articles.

Being that said, I’d suggest to submit a case to support.

It seems like there might be an issue with the link redirection settings, especially since access to articles is limited to agents.

We understand you have redirection issues with article links added during article creation. Can you quickly share a video grab or screenshots of how the article links are added? Do you observe any pattern in the links redirecting to home page? It would be great if you can share more details on this to troubleshoot this further.
