Publish / Save button unavailable

Our publish and save buttons are regularly unavailable to click. 
We can’t save nor publish our changes, so we have to copy the code and refresh the page. 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Greetings from Freshworks Community!

I understand that you are not able to Save and Publish the Solution articles. We usually disable the buttons on the following scenarios:

  1. Save button: either - while saving article / attachment status is not uploaded properly / inline image is not uploaded properly
  2. Publish button: either - while saving article / attachment status is not uploaded properly / inline image is not uploaded properly / if an account is not verified

Please check if this is the case here. If not, let us know when exactly you are facing this issue.
