Hi @shimi - your best bet is probably to edit the html directly in order to have better control over the look and feel of the articles.
This is a great website for learning and testing html:

Good luck! :-)
@BrynCYDEF - The editing of the HTML in the “code view” on FreshService articles doesn’t actually make any changes for me. I save it with an adjustment and nothing updates. I made
for this issue, but if you have any context, I would appreciate it. It seems like you are saying you should be able to edit the HTML article by article.

I’m noticing the same. When saving the HTML, the changes are not saved and not reflected in the article. Freshervice team, are you aware of this apparent bug?
Hi
Is it possible to customise the solution page>article. The editor allows for editing in code but doesn’t allow for changing the background of the article. For example, i want to insert an image in the background and have a table and text on top. I also want my embedded videos to pop-up when the user clicks on them rather then start playing.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
Yes, you can customize the solution page by adding a background image and adjusting the layout. To set an image as the background of the article, you can modify the page's CSS settings. For embedded videos, you can configure them to pop up when clicked by using a modal or lightbox feature, instead of playing automatically. You may need to adjust the settings in your website’s editor or use custom code to achieve these effects. If your editor doesn’t support these changes directly, consider reaching out to a responsive web design agency for help.

Yes, you may change the layout and add a background picture to personalize the solution page. You may change the page's CSS settings to make a picture the article's background. Using a modal or lightbox functionality, you may set up embedded movies to play when clicked rather than automatically. To accomplish these effects, you might need to utilize custom code or modify the settings in the editor of your website. Ask for assistance from a relevant agency if your editor doesn't immediately support these modifications.
Definitely you can customize.
