I accidently deleted an attachment sent by the customer. What can I do?

Hello
Unfortunately, you would not be able to retrieve the ticket attachments in Freshdesk and this is why a warning message will be generated everytime you try deleting them. In case the attachment was sent to you via email, you can access your support mailbox and get the attachment sent by the customer.
