Update: it didnt work, i get the message:
"Email rejected due to an unexpected error. Please try again later."
I have contacted support and I am still waiting after 2 hours. The list of tickets that i have to answer is increasing. It is quite frustrating.

Hi, yes. They explained that I was still blocked for another reason. I was asked to reset the API and passwords.
At the end it took 7 hours to get this fixed. It would be very helpful to know why I was blocked twice so I do whatever is necessary for avoiding this situation.
Also, I would like to ask if becoming a client would unblock me immediately. I was told that not being a client is one of the reasons for getting blocked.
