Hi, 

I have created a new Service Category in the in service catalogue in Freshservice but it is not showing in the customer portal? 

Is there a limit to the number of service categories I have 16 plus the “All Service Items” header.

You will only see them if there are a service item in it and you have access to that service item.

hi - there are 4 service items within it - and I have made sure they are visible to all groups. You can see the service items when you look in the “all service items” list too.  Cant figure out why they are not visible.

hi - there are 4 service items within it - and I have made sure they are visible to all groups. You can see the service items when you look in the “all service items” list too.  Cant figure out why they are not visible.

If you as agent use the blue + sign button and Service request, can you see it ?

Create a new and move a item from one that the requester can see to the new one. 


Ok I done that and I can see the new Service Category

ETA...I appear to have spoken too soon - when I add a SI to the new Service Category I can see it in the customer portal - but when I remove it - it disappears again from the list.
