Dear All,

How to create a ticket field which permits to cc another contact ?

 

Also, does a dynamic placeholder exists to show all the contacts in cc of a ticket?

Hi

 

Are you referring to creating a ticket on the portal? I know you can add CC after you have created the ticket. You can also enable the CC field as displayed below when you edit ticket fields
