Can anyone help me with CSS or HTML that will help me change the color of my search box located at the left sidebar. Please check at Leopards tracking website.

We understand that you would like to change the background colour of the search bar. This is possible using the portal customization feature available from the pro plan. Kindly navigate to Admin → Portals → Customize portal. You can reach out to your inhouse developers to customise the same.
We also take customization requirements as a custom request. You can reach out to our support team at support@freshdesk.com but please note that we will be looping in our SI partners to help you with your requirements.
