Are you looking to create a knowledge base? You can still create folders, categories and articles in the Free plan. However, if you like to customize the appearance of your customer portal, we recommend you upgrade to the Pro or higher plan. You can completely customize the code by navigating to Admin→ Portal→ Customize Portal with the help of your developers, or you can try out some themes readily available at some professional cost sponsored by Breezy Themes.
