Hi,

can I customize customer portal?

My clients speak italian so i would like to change label into italian language (REQUESTER → RICHIEDENTE; SUBJECT → OGGETTO; DESCRIPTION → DESCRIZIONE ...)

Hello @MBraga, you can navigate to Admin → Ticket fields to change the field labels and modify how it’s visible to the customers:

On the same nore, Multi-lingual ticket fields feature is available from Estate plan with the help of which you’d be able to add translations for ticket fields in different languages and the same would be loaded based on the choosen language/browser language.
