Get notified when someone registers on my portal

Hi all, 

Is there a way for me to get a notification when someone new registers for my support portal? 

I’d like to get an email notification when someone signs up, but I don’t see anything for this in notifications.

      We could understand that you would like to get notified when a new user signs up on your customer portal. Unfortunately, this would not be possible as of now on the product.

        You could try an external automation tool like Zapier to send an email when a new contact is created in Freshdesk - https://zapier.com/app/dashboard
