How can a customer set priority in email

I am looking to understand how if a customer sends and email how do they set the prioroty/urgency of the ticket?

Hi Wayne, 

 

If your customers are writing to you via email, then they can mention in subject or description that its of high priority. In the backend you can run automation rules to search for such keywords and update the priority on ticket creation.
