Trying to setup my portal to use company DNS but the instructions are conflicted and changing. I have configured as in the instruction on Reg123. The CNAME check is coming back looking correct but unsure if the TXT record is correct. any help appreciated

Hello there, @GOODY! We see you are trying to set up custom URL for your portal. As per the screenshot, we see the CNAME has been set up right. But, when we did a look up for the TXT record, it turned out to be unsuccessful.
If the TXT record has been set up right, this is how the result of the lookup would look like:
Can you once recheck your settings in Reg123 DNS side and follow the steps mentioned here to see if that helps?
